Why can I not see my Beamable NFT on my Ledger wallet?

Ledger Live does not display Solana NFTs. Your Beamable NFT can still be in your Ledger address even if Ledger Live shows nothing.

Who this applies to:
Customers who hold Beamable NFTs on a Ledger hardware wallet and expect to see them inside Ledger Live.

Why this happens:

  1. Ledger Live does not support displaying Solana NFTs. It only shows certain token balances on supported chains.

  2. Solana NFTs are stored on the Solana blockchain and are visible through Solana compatible wallets or explorers.

How to view your Beamable NFT

Option 1. Connect your Ledger to Phantom

  1. Install the Solana app on your Ledger using Ledger Live.

  2. Open Phantom in your browser. Choose Connect wallet and then select Ledger or Hardware wallet.

  3. Follow the prompts to connect your Ledger and select the Solana address you used to receive the NFT.

  4. Once connected, Phantom will show NFTs for that Ledger address. If you still do not see the NFT, try refreshing Phantom and reselecting the exact address.

Option 2. Check the address on Solscan

  1. Open Solscan dot io.

  2. Paste your Solana public address in the search box and press enter.

  3. Look at the transactions and search for a transaction from 42DTQz8amq8DotRpXrUoU9xD1p3Ram9mtfTJCQraxsVw. That is Beamable address.



If you still cannot see the NFT

Please gather the following and contact support:

  • Your Solana public address

  • The transaction id or mint id for the NFT if available

  • A screenshot of Solscan showing the transaction or the absence of the token
    Support can then confirm whether the NFT was minted to your address and help you connect your Ledger to Phantom if needed.
