Why is my Aethir, Nubila or Geodnet not adding to my DepIn tracker?
We need the projects to share us the data before we can add a miner
If you bought your device with us at Helium Deploy and are unable to add your device to the DepIn tracker, please check the following requirements:
Nubila Devices

Nubila must first approve your device ID for use on the tracker. This process can take up to a week.

Aethir Devices

Aethir must also authorize your device before it can be added to the tracker. This process can also take up to a week.

To expedite this process, please contact Aethir support via their Discord: Join the Aethir Discord.
Geodnet Devices

Your device must have been online in the last 24 hours before you can add it to the tracker.
