Why is my order not showing up in the tracker?

Try adding a different email

If your order isn’t appearing in the DePin tracker, don’t worry—there’s a simple explanation. One of the most common reasons is that the purchase was made using a different email address than the one linked to your DePin tracker account.

How to Fix This Issue

If you suspect this is the case, follow these steps to add your email and retrieve your order details:

  1. Go to the Order Status page.
  2. Look for the message "Not seeing all your orders?"
  3. Click on "Add email" and enter the email address you used for the purchase.

Once added, your order should appear in the tracker.
