SkyX does not onboard

We are aware that some SkyX units are currently facing the "Onboarding failed" issue. Here are the steps we recommend taking:
  1. First, please try "Onboarding" again. Sometimes this is caused by "Device Bluetooth disconnected" or other reasons. Usually, it will succeed after repeated attempts.
In order to retry and successfully onboard the device as quickly as possible, we recommend: a. Wait for 1-2 minutes.
b. Reopen the app while waiting
c. Restart the device, by pressing and holding the button below the screen for 5 seconds.
