SkyX does not onboard
We are aware that some SkyX units are currently facing the "Onboarding failed" issue. Here are the steps we recommend taking:
b. Reopen the app while waiting
c. Restart the device, by pressing and holding the button below the screen for 5 seconds.
- First, please try "Onboarding" again. Sometimes this is caused by "Device Bluetooth disconnected" or other reasons. Usually, it will succeed after repeated attempts.
