Why has my Wingbits shipment been delayed?

We updated the timetable because manufacturer is experiencing delays

We're sorry we moved our timetable for Wingbits devices. 

Why Was the Timeline Updated?

The manufacturer has faced significant production delays due to necessary hardware improvements. The original version of the device did not meet the performance requirements for the Wingbits network, which led to a full redesign featuring a more powerful antenna.

While this redesign improves long-term performance, it also introduced delays in both development and scaling up production.

Currently, the manufacturer is shipping small weekly batches, and so far we've received approximately 15% of our total order.


How Are Orders Being Fulfilled?

We fulfill all orders strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
At this time, we are still shipping orders that were placed in October 2024.


Updated Shipping Timeline
